Where it all started

Amber’s radio career began at 19 when she started training at her local community station, WCR FM. Through hard work and dedication, she progressed through the ranks, reporting for BBC Radio Wolverhampton & West Midlands and gaining residences and shows on BBC Radio WM. Amber also reported for 5Live sport, concentrating on Cricket.

Now, Amber hosts her own national show on the BBC Asian Network every Saturday from 3-6pm. The show is three hours of high energy and fun, exactly what Amber is all about. Her journey from a local community radio station to hosting her own national show is a testament to her passion and perseverance in the radio industry.
